What gets checked

Make your firm findable in AI.

Your website, checked for the twelve SEO and GEO issues that decide whether AI and Google can find it, read it, and trust what it reads.

  • Every issue that keeps your site out of AI answers, found.
  • How you compare with the firms AI names instead of you.
  • Fixed for you, most important first.

See what stops AI from reading you.

  • ChatGPT, Google’s AI answers, Perplexity and Claude can open and read every page that matters.
  • The technical layer AI depends on is checked: structured data, clean code, internal links, how each page is built.
  • Pages that AI can’t quote are found, and opened up.

Beyond your website

Then comes the partno scanner reaches.

Most of what AI says about you isn’t on your website.

It comes from everywhere else: a register that says you closed, a map listing with old hours, a directory you were never added to, a competitor’s guide that answers your client’s question better than you do.

Finding every one of those places, correcting them at the source and chasing each one until it changes is slow, detailed work. It moves the answer more than anything else does. Vetiki Studio does it for you.

Checked again, every month.

AI answers change from week to week. Every month, Vetiki Studio asks the same questions again, compares the answers, and acts on what moved.

A dashboard can tell you a number changed. Vetiki Studio finds out why, and does something about it.

FirstThe check

What the assistants say about you, who they name instead, which sources they read, and what people search about you.

The first weeksThe work

On your site and beyond it. You see every change as it lands, with a short note each week.

One to two monthsThe change

AI catches up more slowly than records do. The second measurement is on a date agreed in writing.

Every monthThe re-check

The same questions, asked again and compared. One update, one pitch, one page of report.

When your website is what stops people trusting you, Vetiki Studio rebuilds it: phone first, in the languages your clients use. Quoted separately.

What is GEO?

GEO, generative engine optimisation, is the work of making sure AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude and Google’s AI answers can find a business, describe it correctly, and recommend it.

SEO is about ranking in a list of links. GEO is about being inside the one answer an assistant gives.

What’s the difference between SEO and GEO?

SEO earns you a place on a page of results, and the client still chooses. GEO decides whether you are mentioned at all, because an assistant usually names two or three firms and stops.

They overlap: a fast, well-built, well-linked website helps both. They differ in where the answer comes from. Assistants lean heavily on what other sites say about you, not only on your own.

Isn’t this just SEO?

Part of it is, and Vetiki Studio will tell you which part. The rest happens away from your website, in the registers, profiles, directories and articles that AI reads about you. That part can only be measured, then worked on source by source.

Where do ChatGPT and other assistants get their information about my firm?

From the sources they can read: business registers and company databases, Google and map profiles, directories and review sites for your field, articles and lists that mention you, your competitors’ pages, and your own website.

When those sources disagree, assistants hedge, guess, or name someone else.

Why does AI say something wrong about my firm?

Usually because a source it trusts is wrong or out of date: an old company record, a listing that says you closed, a profile under a former name. Assistants repeat what they read. They don’t call you to check.

Correct the source, and the answer follows, usually within one to two months.

Can’t I just ask ChatGPT about myself?

You can, and you’ll get one answer. Answers change with the wording, the assistant, the day and the country. A reliable picture needs many questions, asked more than once, on several assistants, saved and compared. That is what the check does.

Does my website need to be rebuilt for AI?

Rarely. Most sites need repairs, not a rebuild: open the site to AI crawlers, fix the technical faults, add pages that answer what clients ask before they call.

When the website itself is what stops people trusting you, Vetiki Studio rebuilds it, quoted separately.

What does Vetiki Studio do that others don’t?

Everything a good SEO agency does for your website, and three things most of the market leaves out.

First, the work beyond your website. Vetiki Studio finds the registers, databases, profiles and directories that AI reads about you, and gets them corrected at the source. Most SEO agencies stop at your site. Most AI visibility tools stop at a score.

Second, it’s done for you. You don’t get a dashboard and a to-do list; you get the changes made.

Third, every result is measured on the questions your clients actually ask, before and after, on a date agreed in writing, and you keep every answer.

Why not just use an AI visibility tool?

A tool tells you a number moved. It doesn’t tell you which register still says you closed, and it won’t write to that register for you. Tools are useful, and Vetiki Studio uses them. The difference is someone who reads the results and then does the work.

What happens in the check?

Vetiki Studio measures what AI tells your clients about you, using specialised AI visibility tools. They put the questions your clients ask before they call, in their own words, to ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude and Google’s AI answers, more than once, so one lucky or unlucky answer doesn’t decide the result.

Every answer is recorded and compared: whether you are named, how you are described, who is named instead, and which sources the assistants rely on. To that, Vetiki Studio adds what people search about you on Google, what registers, profiles and directories say about you, and the state of your website.

You receive the findings, and one question: do you want it fixed?

Can other websites really be made to change what they say about my firm?

Often, yes. Profiles that are yours get claimed and completed. Directories and databases are asked to correct their records, on your behalf and with the documents they ask for. Most do.

Some never answer. Some records, like an official register, only you can change; Vetiki Studio prepares it so it takes you ten minutes. Where a wrong source won’t move, the right sources are made to outweigh it, and the next measurement shows whether that worked.

How do you know it worked?

The same questions, on the same assistants, are asked again on a date agreed in writing before the work starts. Before and after sit side by side, and every answer is saved so you can read them yourself.

How long until something changes?

The work takes the first few weeks, and you see each change as it lands. AI catches up more slowly, usually in one to two months.

Can you guarantee I’ll be named?

No. Nobody honest can; AI assistants change their answers from one week to the next. What is guaranteed is the work: every correction filed and followed up, the pages written, the listings placed, and a measurement you can check yourself.

Who is Vetiki Studio for?

Any business that wants to be found, described correctly and recommended by AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude and Google’s AI answers. Vetiki Studio is a GEO and SEO studio that handles the full range of work behind AI visibility: the technical fixes on your website, the corrections to the records AI reads about you, your Google and map profiles, placements in the directories and lists for your field, and the pages that answer your clients’ questions.

It works best for firms that win clients by referral, where one client is worth thousands and every client checks before they call: law firms and immigration lawyers; tax advisers and accountants who work across borders; private clinics, including dental and aesthetic clinics and specialists who treat patients from abroad; and consultancies, advisers and investor relations firms.

If you are looking for GEO or AI visibility work for a private clinic, a law firm, a tax or accounting practice or a consultancy, this is the work Vetiki Studio does, in English and Portuguese, from Lisbon, for firms across Europe and beyond.

What will you need from me?

In the first weeks: access to your Google profile and website, only what the job needs and asked for in writing. A short signed letter saying Vetiki Studio may act for you with these sources. A recent extract from your company register. And an hour of your time, to agree the questions your clients ask.

Do you buy links, reviews or mentions?

No. It works for a while, then it gets firms penalised. When a list or publication charges for inclusion, you’re told, it’s quoted at cost, and it’s labelled as paid.

Who owns the work?

You do. Your pages, your files, every measurement. Nothing changes on your site without your written permission, and every change is logged and can be undone.

Where do you work, and in which languages?

Vetiki Studio is based in Lisbon and works with firms across Europe and beyond, in English and Portuguese.
